We provide students opportunities to improve their second and heritage language abilities through introductory workshops, small group classes, personalized private lessons, and social language+ experiences. Our language programs focus on not only target language/culture immersion and integrated skills but also on making language learning simple and fun. We offer many language programs, in variety of different formats and with flexible scheduling options, to suit the needs and interests of busy learners.

LINGUISTICS FOR LANGUAGE LEARNING
Our Linguistics for Language Learning Program is for learners of any target language who are interested in learning linguistic principles for more efficient language learning.
program OFFERINGS
Introductory workshops for how to apply linguistic concepts to language learning including a) using the International Phonetic Alphabet (IPA) to learn sounds more efficiently, b) understanding syntax and the set of rules, principles, and processes that govern the structure of sentences in your target language, c) understanding morphology and the structure of words and parts of words, such as stems, root words, prefixes, and suffixes in your language of interest, d) understanding historical linguistics and how it applies to changes in the language you’re learning, and e) understanding sociolinguistics and recognizing variation and change in your target language and speakers’ attitudes toward varieties.
