Program Overview
The LanGo Abroad! Japan Language & Culture Program offers Japanese language and culture enthusiasts the ultimate opportunity to learn and practice Japanese and to be immersed in the culture of Japan. Our goal is to provide participants with a program filled with unique, hands-on experiences so that they can increase fluency through cultural immersion, social interaction, experiential learning, and engagement with several communities in Japan. The program itinerary will include time in the capital city of Tokyo and the historic city of Kyoto with optional cultural day trips from both cities. Participants will be able to try authentic cuisine, observe traditional customs, learn about the history, culture, and language variety of each place we visit, and interact in Japanese with our instructors and with locals.
