Camp pick-up & drop-off hours
Camp drop-off time is between 9:15 - 9:30 AM and pick-up time is between 11:45 AM - 12 PM.
Please call or text the LanGo line (469) 888-9150 to let us know if you are running late for drop-off or pick-up.
ON-site parking
You are welcome to park anywhere in our parking lot when there is a spot available, including in the unmarked space in front of the mailbox, the unmarked spaces in front of the orange gate, and in the two side gravel parking spaces at the left-side entrance of the school.
If our lot is full, you may also park directly across the street at The Office/Sugar (설탕).
PHOTOS & VIDEOS of camp activities
We will take photos and videos during camp and share them with you so you can see your child’s Spanish learning activities. Please let us know through the registration form, by email, or on the first day of camp if you do not wish to have photos and videos taken of your child.
fridge & complementary beverages
We have a fridge on-site and you are welcome to bring in meals, snacks, and drinks for yourself or your child to store in our fridge (but please don't forget to take them with you when you leave). The kitchen has a microwave and an electric kettle. We keep it stocked with complimentary beverages, e.g., water, juice, soda, tea, and coffee. You can always help yourself to these beverages whenever you're here.
parent sit-ins for camp
You are welcome to sit-in during any camp day with your little ones(s). Please let us know in advance if you would like to this so we can prepare enough classroom seating.
FOOD ALLERGIES, MEDICAL CONDITIONS
A snack break will be provided during each camp day. Please let us know when you register if your child has any food allergies or medical conditions we need to be aware of.
emergency situations
If there is an emergency situation that arises during camp, we will call the parent / guardian phone number provided in your registration. If we cannot reach you, we will try the emergency contact number you provided.
